Aleister Black calls out Johnny Gargano’s “comfortable” confession
Aleister Black is not buying Johnny Gargano’s explanation for the attack the put The Dutch Destroyer out of commission nearly three months ago.
A stone-faced Gargano returned to NXT this week to reveal the motive behind his puzzling attack, which he claimed was merely “collateral damage, nothing personal” after Black “got in the way” of his mission to take down NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa at TakeOver: Brooklyn IV. The remorseless remarks were met with detest by Black, who responded on Instagram, suggesting Gargano gave a “comfortable” explanation that distracted the NXT Universe “from what is really going on."
In addition to blasting Gargano on his diluted truth, The Dutch Destroyer reiterated the same chilling message he previously left Gargano’s wife, Candice LeRae, noting that he will make his rival’s career “fade to black.”
Ouch. He called me a "dork"!

You're finally showing your true colors. You're not just self entitled but you're also a BULLY. Do you see what we're dealing with here, NXT Universe?

Gargano eventually responded to Black’s statement, calling the former NXT Champion “self-entitled” and a “bully.”
The heated exchange between Black and Gargano will soon spill into a slugfest at NXT TakeOver: WarGames II, where they are set to go one-on-one in a grudge match that will be streaming live on the award-winning WWE Network on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 7 ET/4 PT.
