Tyler Bate and Velveteen Dream settle their differences inside the squared circle
Tyler Bate and Velveteen Dream are two of NXT’s most promising young Superstars. Each competitor has worlds of potential, but they are complete opposites in the way they carry themselves inside and outside the ring.
The audacious Dream has been vocal about his displeasure over the NXT Year-End Awards in which he won Rivalry of the Year alongside Aleister Black, but lost out in other categories, including Match of the Year, which went to Bate and Pete Dunne’s WWE United Kingdom Title Match at TakeOver: Chicago.
Tensions between the two competitors boiled over last week during Dream’s locker-room interview, with Bate ultimately drenching his adversary with his water bottle.
As a result, the two rising Superstars will battle it in a must-see matchup tonight on NXT. Despite their vastly different personalities, these are two of the most talented in-ring competitors in NXT, and neither man has yet to reach his 23rd birthday!
With potentially very long and successful careers ahead of them, we may be witnessing the first of many epic battles between Bate and Dream. Don’t miss out when Tyler Bate clashes with Velveteen Dream tonight at 8/7 C on WWE Network.
