NXT Women’s Champion Asuka returns to a worthy challenger

After managing to overcome Nikki Cross in a punishing NXT Women’s Championship Last Woman Standing Match, Asuka announced that she would not return until a “worthy” challenger came forward.

Last week on NXT, Ember Moon declared herself that Superstar after another impressive victory. General Manager William Regal also agreed, announcing that Moon will challenge The Empress of Tomorrow for the NXT Women’s Title at TakeOver: Brooklyn III.

After a brief hiatus, Asuka is back tonight on NXT. How will the champion react to receiving a new “worthy” challenger? Will Moon make her presence felt? Find out on NXT, tonight at 8/7C on WWE Network.
