Kassius Ohno is ready to elbow his way back into NXT Title contention. However, first up is a showdown against the playboy of NXT, Andrade “Cien” Almas, tonight on WWE Network at 8/7 C, on NXT's final stop before TakeOver: Chicago.

The Knockout Artist challenged Almas to a match after the cocky luchador declared that Ohno — who lost a closely fought title match against NXT Champion Bobby Roode in March — would have been better off never returning to the black-and-yellow brand in the first place. In response, Ohno told Almas to his face what many ringside observers have speculated for weeks: that Cien is paying too much attention to matters outside the ring, opting to party at all hours of the day instead of putting in the work between the ropes.

Tonight will be a battle defined by its polarity. Whereas Almas is arguably coasting on his talents, Ohno proudly values every opportunity that comes his way. What will happen when they step in the ring, with NXT General Manager William Regal no doubt keeping a close eye on the action?
