One of the most highly anticipated matches in NXT history is going down tonight as Finn Bálor battles Shinsuke Nakamura for the first time ever inside an NXT ring. Both Superstars have built up storied legacies in Japan before coming to NXT and elevating their careers to new heights.

The Demon came stateside to compete in NXT back in 2014, eventually becoming not only the longest reigning NXT Champion ever, but also the face of the brand. The King of Strong Style made his NXT debut this past April, quickly making a name for himself with victories over Sami Zayn, Austin Aries and others. Now, with NXT’s top prize in his sights, Nakamura has declared that he must first beat Bálor.
