Akira Tozawa and Drew Gulak to battle in a Street Fight
Drew Gulak revealed that Ezno was upset that “The Zo Train” was unsuccessful on Raw, so the WWE Cruiserweight Champion told his allies that they needed to be tougher. Explaining that he knows what it takes because he is from the streets, Drew Gulak revesled that he too was from the streets -- specifically, the streets of Philadelphia.
In an effort to prove his toughness, Gulak announced that he will face his rival, Akira Tozawa, in a Street Fight on WWE 205 Live. Seeing the scenario as a win-win, Gulak felt he could show “The Zo Train” how to handle business and continue his campaign for a better WWE 205 Live by silencing Tozawa’s chants for good.
The Stamina Monster has experience in Cruiserweight Street Fights, having defeated The Brian Kendrick in one earlier this year. However, Gulak showed Tozawa the type of damage he can cause when he gave his nemesis a laryngeal contusion after a brutal assault. The stakes for Gulak and Tozawa are high, but only one Superstar will emerge as the tougher Cruiserweight.
Catch all the Cruiserweight action tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.
