WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages (“Travel Packages”) are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD).  Subject to the restriction below, orders will be processed immediately upon receipt.  Payment in full is due at the time the order is placed.  Once the order has been confirmed, the payment received is non-refundable.  The advertised Travel Package prices include taxes and standard charges for shipping & handling.  Fees and charges for items such as upgraded methods of shipping, custom fees or duty fees usually applied to international shipments are not included in the advertised prices.  Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers.  Travel Package quantities are limited and orders will be processed, within each Travel Package Tier, on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last or until Thursday, October 30, 2014, whichever occurs first.  Orders will not be accepted after October 30, 2014, unless extended by WWE in its sole discretion.

Subject to the terms and conditions discussed below, seat locations (including section and row) will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by Travel Package Tier ordered, and order in which Travel Package purchase is confirmed.  California Dreamin’ Package customers will be notified what section and row their WrestleMania 31 ticket is in one (1) business day after purchase is confirmed; however customers for all Travel Packages will not be notified of specific seat assignments prior to the shipment of Travel Packages, which occurs approximately, 4 weeks prior to the WrestleMania 31 weekend, as discussed below.  Until notification occurs, WWE reserves the right to adjust initial seat, row and section assignments within the applicable Travel Package Tiers to maintain efficient seating disbursement and to accommodate changing conditions which may affect event production, seating and/or customer safety, including without limitation, changes in the event staging area or venue layout.

Orders must contain a main traveler who will be the primary contact for each order.  The main traveler must be 18 years of age or older.  Travel Packages will be confirmed in the main traveler’s name.  The hotel reservation will be confirmed in the main traveler’s name. All information will be communicated via email directly to the main traveler. The main traveler for California Dreamin’ Packages will receive an email confirmation 1 business day after purchase is confirmed; the main traveler for VIP, Platinum, Gold and Silver Packages will receive an email confirmation within ten (10) business days after purchase is confirmed. It is very important that the main traveler review all the information on the email confirmation and advise if any information is incorrect such as package type or shipping address.  If the main traveler does not receive any type of email notification, it is recommended that an email is sent to travel.packages@wwe.com to check on the status of such order.  Once the order has been confirmed, only the main traveler can request changes; such as, guest names, shipping address, telephone number, email contact or hotel reservation name.  If any change requests are received from guests, they will be advised that only the main traveler on their order can request such changes.  

A $150 processing fee will be applied to all change requests received between February 2, 2015 and March 23, 2015.  Change requests include changes to main traveler’s name, shipping address, telephone and email contact; as well as, changes to hotel reservation name.  Change requests will not be accepted after March 23, 2015.  Main traveler must email all change requests to travel.packages@wwe.com; at such time, main traveler will be provided with a payment link for the processing fee.  Once payment of the processing fee has been confirmed, the main traveler will be notified that the change request has been approved.    

As all Travel Packages are non-refundable, travel insurance is recommended in case of cancellation due to reasons, including, without limitation, family emergency, personal illness, etc.  Please contact a travel insurance provider for further information and to purchase travel insurance.  Travel Packages may be transferred provided the transferee agrees in writing to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.  A $150 processing fee will apply to transfers requested between February 2, 2015 and March 23, 2015.  The main traveler must submit a written request for the transfer of the WrestleMania 31 Travel Package.  Request must include the full name, mailing address and email contact of the new main traveler.  WWE will not be involved in any discussions and/or decisions made between the present main traveler and the new main traveler.  Once the new main traveler has been confirmed, the previous main traveler will no longer receive any information pertaining to the Travel Packages. If the Travel Package has already been shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the previous main traveler to successfully ship the package to the new main traveler (and to pay all costs associated with shipping the package).

All Travel Packages include hotel accommodations. Three night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, March 27, 2015 and check out Monday, March 30, 2015.  Four night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, March 27, 2015 and check out Tuesday, March 31, 2015.  Each person within the same Travel Package will share 1 standard hotel room. Travel Packages confirmed for 1 person will automatically be assigned 1 room with 1 bed only.  Travel Packages confirmed for 2 people can choose either 1 room with 1 bed or 1 room with 2 beds.  Travel Packages confirmed for 3 people or confirmed for 4 people will automatically be assigned 1 room with 2 beds.  If room is already assigned with 2 beds, any requests for additional beds; such as, a rollaway bed or a cot, will not be accepted due to hotel fire code policies.  If a second room is required, the main traveler will need to contact the hotel directly to confirm a separate reservation for the second room. If guests are interested in extending their hotel stay, reservations for additional nights must also be confirmed as separate reservations directly with the hotel.  Separate reservations are subject to hotel availability and guests will pay the hotel directly for separate reservations.  Hotels will charge the regular room rate on all separate reservations.  The hotel location will be within the San Jose area, but may be outside of the City of San Jose itself.  The precise location of the hotel will be provided to the main traveler at a later date.  Guests will not be able to confirm any requests or make any changes to the reservations made by WWE directly with the hotel. All requests and/or changes to reservations made by WWE must be emailed by the main traveler to travel.packages@wwe.com.  Guests do not need to contact the hotel directly to re-confirm reservations made by WWE as these reservations will be confirmed as part of a group and may not appear in the hotel’s reservation system until just prior to arrival.

Travel Packages do not include airfare.  Travel Packages do not include ground transportation, unless specifically stated in the package descriptions.  For your convenience, the recommended airports through which to make travel arrangements are Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO).  For your convenience, a recommended ground transportation provider is SuperShuttle, which provides transportation between airports and hotels.  Advanced reservations and pre-payment are required, for more information visit www.supershuttle.com.

Travel Packages do not include any food or drinks (or allowances for food or drinks), unless specifically stated in the package descriptions. Monday Night Raw tickets are only included in Travel Packages with 4-Night Hotel Accommodations.

California Dreamin’ Package, VIP Package and Platinum Package customers will be responsible, at their sole cost and expense, for transporting or shipping their collectible WrestleMania 31 chair from the event to their residence.  The WrestleMania 31 chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair, with approximate dimensions of 18.25”W x 19.75”D x 30.25”H, and weighing approximately 12 lbs.

Travel Packages, including event tickets, will be shipped to the main traveler approximately 4 weeks prior to the WrestleMania 31 weekend.  Travel Packages will NOT be shipped earlier than 4 weeks.  Main travelers are responsible for providing a current shipping address. A person 18 years of age or older must be available at the shipping address provided by the main traveler to accept the package delivery.  If such person is not available, the package will not be delivered.  Upon receipt of package, main traveler takes full responsibility of all contents within package.  Contents will not be replaced, duplicated or re-issued if lost, forgotten or stolen.  Main traveler will be responsible for distributing tickets to each guest within group.

WWE does not independently verify information provided by purchasers of Travel Packages and is not responsible for any false information.  False information will result in denied entrance into all WrestleMania 31 Travel Package events and cancellation of hotel accommodations without compensation.  During any Travel Package events, if an individual engages in behavior that is threatening, illegal, or intended to harass, abuse or harm any other person, WWE reserves the right to remove such individual with no compensation. WWE is not responsible for weather or mechanical delays impacting the weekend events.  

The seating locations described within the Travel Packages are subject to change without notice.  Partial refunds will be issued if the ticket value decreases.  The venue has not yet confirmed specific locations for wheelchair accessible seating.  If you require seating in such locations, please indicate the request with your order.  If such seating is not available within the seating location described in your Travel Package, you will be notified of an alternative location.  You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the alternative location.  If the alternative location is accepted, a charge or refund will be issued to reflect the difference in ticket value.  If the alternative location is declined, a full refund will be issued.

Platinum Package customers will receive an e-mail with instructions to choose their seat section as part of their package.  Customers will be asked to number the sections in order of preference with “1” as the first choice.  Choices are not guaranteed, but WWE will make reasonable efforts to accommodate placement in preferred sections.

California Dreamin’ Package customers will receive an e-mail with instructions to choose an additional “Taste of the Valley Experience” activity as part of their package.  Customers will be asked to number the activities in order of preference with “1” as the first choice.  Choices are not guaranteed, but WWE will make reasonable efforts to accommodate placement in preferred activities. If adverse weather conditions occur on the day of the Taste of the Valley Experience, Grape Stomping and Rock Climbing may not be available.  In such case, the customers may, as their sole remedy, substitute for the available activity.

WWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate.  Main travelers will be notified of such changes.  The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to guests within group.  If any portions of the Travel Packages are modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued.  If Travel Packages are cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
