Can I purchase a package without hotel accommodations?
All WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages include hotel accommodations.  At this time, we do not provide an option without hotel accommodations.

Can I use PayPal to purchase the packages?
At this time, the only acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have made arrangements for funds to be available in a PayPal account, please contact the Travel Package hotline at 203-359-5182.

When will I receive an email confirmation?
If you order a California Dreamin’ package, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from the WWE Travel Package department 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed. If you order a VIP, Platinum, Gold or Silver package, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from the WWE Travel Package department within 10 business days after your purchase is confirmed. The confirmation email will include further details about your order and when you will receive your tickets.

Can I extend my hotel stay?
You are welcome to extend your hotel stay or reserve additional rooms by contacting the hotel directly. Requests should be made by the main traveler directly with the hotel. Each hotel will confirm the separate reservations based on availability and charge the regular hotel rate directly to the main traveler.

Can I purchase a package for more than four people?
No. Each WrestleMania 31 Travel Package can accommodate up to four people sharing one standard hotel room with a maximum of two beds per room.

When will I receive my tickets?
WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages, including event tickets, will be shipped to the main traveler in March 2014, approximately four weeks prior to WrestleMania 31. Packages will not be delivered earlier than four weeks prior to the event.

When will WrestleMania 31 tickets go on sale?
Individual tickets for WrestleMania 31 will go on sale later this fall. Check back on WWE.com for announcement of on sale dates for all related events.

Are the packages refundable?
No. Payment in full is due upon receipt. All monies processed are non-refundable once payments have been approved.

Is airfare included?
WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages do not include airline tickets.

Is wheelchair seating available?
The venue has not yet confirmed specific locations for wheelchair accessible seating. If you require seating in such locations, please indicate the request with your order In the Special Requests section.  If such seating is not available within the seating location described in your package, you will be notified of an alternative location. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the alternative location. If the alternative location is accepted, a charge or refund will be issued to reflect the difference in ticket value.  If the alternative location is declined, a full refund will be issued.

Are changes allowed to packages?
A $150 processing fee will be applied to all change requests received between February 2, 2015 and March 23, 2015.  Change requests include changes to main traveler’s name, hotel reservation name, shipping address, telephone and email address.  Change requests will not be accepted after March 23, 2015.

I ordered the California Dreamin’ Package, how will I be notified what Section and Row my WrestleMania 31 ticket is in?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the WWE Travel Package department 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed notifying you what Section and Row your WrestleMania 31 ticket is in.

I ordered the Platinum Package, how will I provide my preferred section for my WrestleMania 31 ticket?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the WWE Travel Package department within 10 Business days after after your purchase is confirmed. When you receive that e-mail, you will be provided instructions to complete a form indicating your preference of section.

How are event ticket seats assigned?
WrestleMania 31 Travel Package orders will be confirmed and processed, within each Travel Package Tier, on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat locations (including row and section) will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by Travel Package Tier ordered and order in which your Travel Package purchase is confirmed. The specific location of the seat assignments will not be available prior to the shipment of the WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages.

I ordered the California Dreamin’ Package, how will I provide my preference of additional activities for the Taste of the Valley Experience?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the WWE Travel Package department 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed.  When you receive that e-mail, you will be provided instructions to complete a form indicating your preference of additional activities.

What are the check in and check out dates for the hotel accommodations?
Three night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, March 27, 2015 and check out Monday, March 30, 2015. Four night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, March 27, 2015 and check out Tuesday, March 31, 2015.

Are there any additional costs?
The per person prices advertised within the WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages include all taxes plus shipping & handling charges with the exception of any additional shipping fees associated with FedEx, such as customs or duty fees, usually applied to international shipments.

How do we get our commemorative chair home?
Purchasers of the California Dreamin’ Package, VIP Package and Platinum Package will receive a commemorative WrestleMania 31 folding chair included in your package purchase. You will be responsible for transporting your chair back to your home, including any expenses that may arise from such transport. The WrestleMania 31 chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair.  

What happens if the packages are changed?
WWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate.  Main travelers will be notified of such changes. The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to guests within their group. If any portion of the WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages is modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued.  If WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages are cancelled, a full refund will be issued.  

Are packages available internationally?
WrestleMania 31 Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers.
