After getting an earful from King Barrett, Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney puts the big brawler in his place with a wicked slap across the face.

King Barrett made waves on Raw after getting into an argument with Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney at ringside, resulting in the popular soccer player slapping the British Superstar. On SmackDown, the King will attempt to put his hunt for payback against Rooney on hold when he battles Neville in the first round of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. The Bare-Knuckle Brawler and the high-flying Neville are no strangers to one another, having fought numerous times, including in the final of the WWE King of the Ring Tournament. Tonight at 8/7 C on Syfy, the English natives will meet again in front of their home country as Thursday’s hottest show emanates from Manchester, England.

Before the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament even started, Roman Reigns was offered a golden opportunity by Triple H, who gave the No. 1 contender the chance to move straight to the tournament final in return for pledging his allegiance to The Authority. The Samoan Superstar emphatically declined, instead choosing to fight his way to the top. A determined Reigns did just that in his first round matchup, defeating Big Show, setting up a huge quarterfinals clash with Cesaro next week on Raw.
