The Roman Empire takes over SmackDown
He’s not a “good guy”; he’s not a “bad guy”; but he’s “the guy.” And he’s kicking off SmackDown this Thursday. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will address the WWE Universe in Houston, and well, a few things have changed since the last time the black-clad Superstar was on Thursday night’s hottest show.
For one, Reigns really is The Big Dog now that he holds WWE’s most prized possession. But it didn’t take long for a challenger to rise up after AJ Styles won a hotly contested Fatal 4-Way match on Raw to become the No. 1 contender to the World Title — a whirlwind contest made by Shane McMahon. How will “the guy” react to The Phenomenal One becoming his first championship challenger? Plus, will we see the spectacular Styles confront the titleholder? Find out when WWE Superstars converge Thursday night at 8/7 C on USA Network.
