Immediately after winning the Royal Rumble Match, Rey Mysterio sat down with WWE.com. Here is what he had to say:

WWE.com: Congratulations. How does it feel right now to be the Royal Rumble Match winner?

Mysterio: Well man, it's every wrestler's dream. I think besides it being a shock to the whole wrestling world, it was a shock to the backstage locker room.

WWE.com: Did you think you had any shot at winning the Royal Rumble when you drew spot No. 2?

Mysterio: You know what? My chances were very limited, but there's a hard-fighting Mysterio, and when he comes out of the curtain, he's ready to throw down.

WWE.com: You dedicated this match to your dear friend, Eddie Guerrero. How does it feel to come through on that tonight?

Mysterio: It's overwhelming. I think that tonight I didn't disappoint Eddie. There was no doubt in my mind that he was looking out for me.

Mysterio: Before I go, I just want to thank all the fans out there who support Rey Mysterio.
