Taboo gets it started at RAW

It's no secret that celebrities love attending WWE events. Tonight was no exception, as Taboo of the hip-hop super group Black Eyed Peas was in attendance at RAW in Columbus, Ohio.

Taboo, who was invited to the event by Akio (a former WWE Superstar working a non-televised match at RAW), is also good friends with current WWE Champion and fellow hip-hop artist John Cena. "I'm real close with Cena and I love WWE," Taboo told WWE.com before the show. "We've been following wrestling since the 1980s; I loved Hulk Hogan, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. My son Josh is a huge fan now, so I'm here just enjoying RAW tonight."

Taboo is no stranger to attending big WWE events, including last year's WrestleMania in Los Angeles. "Me and my friends had the opportunity to go to WrestleMania 21, and it was an incredible opportunity for us to meet everyone." Proving that WWE is popular among people from all walks of life, Taboo's group sat next to Adam Sandler at the STAPLES Center last April. "We were in the front row, and everyone had the time of their lives," he remembered. "I can't believe the electricity at WWE shows, it's unbelievable."

Taboo is not alone at RAW, as he rolled to the arena with quite the posse. "Everybody wanted to come, they needed a bus to get us here," he said with a laugh. "My crew from the band and our opening act is here, we even brought the Pussycat Dolls. When I was invited, everyone wanted to come along. Well, we're all here."
