The New Day to defend WWE Tag Team Titles against The League of Nations

The New Day react to be called out on Twitter: Exclusive, March 12, 2016

After defeating Sheamus and King Barrett at WWE Roadblock, The New Day answer the challenge by the other members of The League of Nations.

King Barrett had Big E down for the count at WWE Roadblock. He and Sheamus were a mere three-count away from capturing the WWE Tag Team Championship from The New Day. But Xavier Woods distracted the referee, allowing Big E and Kofi Kingston to battle back into the match and retain the titles. Will they be so lucky against the other two members of The League on Monday's Raw?

After the Roadblock match, Rusev and Alberto Del Rio tweeted that the numbers advantage stacked the odds in The New Day's favor, which the champions responded to by offering to defend the tag gold anytime, anywhere. The teams continued to trade barbs on social media, with Rusev & Del Rio making a formal challenge, which The New Day accepted. WWE's Twitter account announced on Sunday that the title match will take place on Raw.

The New Day has been rolling of late — especially after eating their Booty-O's — but can the powerful Rusev and the cunning Del Rio unseat the unicorn horn–wearing champions? Find out on Raw, live on USA Network at 8/7 C.
