Mark Henry def. Kane (Lumberjack Match)

Mark Henry def. Kane (Lumberjack Match)

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Mark Henry continued to map out his path of destruction at One Night Stand, defeating Kane in a Lumberjack Match -- a match where if either of the competitors exits the ring, the lumberjacks at ringside throw them back into the ring. The match was announced after Kane was counted out of his match with Henry Friday on SmackDown.

With the ring surrounded by WWE & ECW Superstars, Henry used his dominant strength to literally and figuratively squeeze the life out of the Big Red Monster, winning the match with a devastating Bearhug, after intelligently wearing down Kane throughout the encounter. Kane had an opportunity after delivering a Chokeslam, but biased lumberjacks Kenny Dykstra and Chavo Guerrero interfered, delaying any pin attempts. Dykstra and Guerrero were put down by Kane, and the "King of the Jungle" found the opening he needed to take advantage for the victory.

After the match, Henry reiterated what he has been saying since his return to SmackDown -- a return in which he has cost Undertaker the World Heavyweight Championship and now has defeated The Phenom's brother Kane.

"Raw, SmackDown and ECW are the jungle," he said, "I'm the silverback in this jungle and nobody is going to prevail over the silverback."
