Droz's picks for No Way Out
What's up everybody out there in WWE land. I'm back once again to try and use my superior knowledge (haha) in picking these PPV matches. Didn't do great last month, but I was easily over .500 so I guess it wasn't too bad. Alrighty then, let's get going and try to figure out who's getting their hand raised.
World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber Match
This match here has high flyers(Kofi and Rey), big bruisers ( Kane and Knox), and superior technician in Chris Jericho and an all around dominant force in John Cena. So what I'm trying to say is that this match has everything we're looking for. While fighting in the elimination chamber, I'd say the last man entering has the best chance of pulling this one out because he faces the least amount of resistance. I think when this one comes down to the end, we're going to have Cena and Jericho battle it out. I'm leaning towards The Champ. I see him having his hand raised and heading into the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania with the gold.
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match
This match is pretty much a battle of the big boys except Hardy and Edge. By no means does this mean a lack of entertainment, in fact, with this many large wrestlers involved, we're bound to see one big time slobberknocker. With Edge holding this title, I have a feeling he may end up in serious trouble when it comes down to himself and Undertaker. I actually see Edge dropping his belt to Taker. It may be a long shot but I'd love to see it.
Shane McMahon vs. Randy Orton (No Holds Barred Match)
Shane-O-Mac is back!!! I couldn't be happier to see Shane stepping back in the ring. And he's doing it to save his father's honor, how noble! Orton has put away quite a few legends and if this were a normal match, I would pick Orton hands down. But Shane has shown us time and time again that, when he enters the ring, he's prepared to do everything and anything to come out victorious. This one wil be flat out brutal. Shane is going to get in his payback, but Orton will come out the winner.
Shawn Michaels vs. JBL (All or Nothing Match)
For quite sometime now, Shawn Michaels has been on JBL payroll helping him in certain situations while also hurting him as well. I can only imagine how Shawn has felt during this time having to deal with The Longhorn Loudmouth day in and day out doing his bidding. JBL is facing a legend in this business who he's been able to control and that has to make him feeling pretty damn confident. I think HBK will not only win this match, I think he will release the burden JBL lays on him and that's going to be a great feeling I'm sure.
ECW Champion Jack Swagger vs. Finlay
What we have here is the classic young stud vs the savy veteran. This young stud Jack swagger has shown quite a bit in his short time in the wwe, not only winning the ecw championship but putting quite a few seasoned superstars down for the 1,2,3. Finlay has been around for quite sometime and knows every trick in the book and he will need to use them against swagger. I wonder if little Horney may get involved but even if he does, I don't think finlay will be able to put swagger away on this nights.
First off I want to welcome christian back to the wwe. It was great to see him again and It seemed to me that he didn't miss a beat. Im looking forward to seeing who he's going to be feuding with. I believe it's suppose to be swagger., but who knows.
It's been a rough week and a half for me and my aides. One of my great danes Oreo had surgery to replace a torn ligament in her knee and she's fought it every step of the way. This dog came home the day after surgery and was walking on the leg. We've tried everything to keep her calm, even sedatives but to no avail. This dog can fight through anything, but hopefully she hasn't reinjured the leg and everything will be ok. Oh yea and maybe ill be able to get a little sleep at night.
I would like to wish my nephew my twin neices and my sister very happy birthday wishes. IM looking forward to spending time with all of them on their special days.
Well once again im sure it will be grreatly appreciated. If you would please keep our troops and their familes in your thoughts and prayers.
Until next time…
