Rosemont Horizon - Chicago, IL

In 1979, the Rosemont Horizon was built just outside of Chicago in Rosemont, Ill. 20 years later, the Allstate Insurance Company paid $20 million for naming rights to the building, and the venue was renovated and renamed the Allstate Arena in 1999.

Currently, the Allstate Arena is the home of the DePaul University Blue Demons, as well as the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League and the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. The arena also hosts several concerts and other events on an annual basis.

The Allstate Arena has also played host to several WWE events. Most notably, three WrestleManias have been held in the venue; the Chicago portion of WrestleMania 2, as well as WrestleManias 13 and 22, were held at the arena. The Rosemont Horizon was also the home of WWE's first-ever pay-per-view, The Wrestling Classic, which was a King of the Ring type tournament won by WWE Hall of Famer Junkyard Dog. The arena has also hosted the 1989 Survivor Series, as well as WCW's 1994 Spring Stampede event, which featured the final match in the classic rivalry between Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat.
