WWE Superstars to meet fans at 2013 Wizard World Comic Cons

Wizard World fans at upcoming shows in Chicago, Austin, Nashville and Columbus will have the opportunity to meet 11 of the most popular WWE Superstars, Divas and Hall of Famers. WWE Champion John Cena (Austin), CM Punk (Chicago & Nashville), Sheamus (Columbus, Ohio), Dolph Ziggler (Chicago), WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee (Chicago), The Bella Twins (Austin), WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and The Shield (WWE U.S. Champion Dean Ambrose and WWE Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, Chicago) will attend the pop culture events from August through November.

The seven Superstars at Wizard World Chicago Comic Con, taking place Aug. 8-11 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill., represents the largest WWE presence ever at Wizard World. They will meet fans, sign autographs and pose for photos. Most will also conduct interactive question and answer panels for fans in attendance; fans should visit wizardworld.com prior to each show for schedule information.

They join standout celebrity rosters at Wizard World events that include comics legend Stan Lee (all four shows), "Man of Steel" star Michael Shannon (Chicago), "The Walking Dead" headliner Norman Reedus (all four shows), pop culture icon William Shatner (Ohio), “Arrow” and “Torchwood” star John Barrowman (Chicago), “Batman” Adam West (Nashville) and dozens more.

Wizard World Chicago Comic Con will be the fifth of eight events on the 2013 calendar, which also includes shows in Columbus, Ohio (Sept. 20-22), Nashville, Tenn. (Oct. 18-20) and Austin, Texas (Nov. 22-24).  Wizard World has also scheduled four 2014 dates: Portland, Ore. (Jan. 24-26), New Orleans (Feb. 7-9), St. Louis (April 4-6) and Philadelphia (June 19-22).
