Batista attends Mr. Olympia 2007

LAS VEGAS -- World Heavyweight Champion Batista took part in the Mr. Olympia 2007 activities last weekend at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The SmackDown Superstar met fans, signed autographs and represented his sponsors, Nutrabolics, at the international bodybuilding competition and exposition.

"It was cool. I didn't get to go to the contest because I had to fly out, but I have an endorsement with Nutrabolics, so I was at the health and fitness expo for two days, and signed autographs and met our fans," Batista said.

The World Heavyweight Champion said he felt at home among so many bodybuilders and fans of physical fitness.

"There were so many huge bodybuilders -- some are so big. There were female bodybuilders, too, and fitness girls and supplement models. It was an awesome time. If you're not really familiar with that lifestyle, with the bodybuilding and the fitness, it's really kind of overwhelming to see so many built people," Batista explained.

Nutrabolics' President, Rodney Dupont, who called Batista a global icon, said there's no better spokesman for the brand than the World Heavyweight Champion.

"By having Batista as the face of our brand, we have full faith our worldwide brand recognition will climb to new heights!" said Dupont. "The WWE fan base is immense, and Nutrabolics is excited about our relationship with such passionate and loyal consumers through our relationship with Batista."

Batista's autograph signing at the Nutrabolics booth was packed with our fans who were eager to meet the SmackDown Superstar.

"Having Batista at our Nutrabolics' booth at a major industry expo such as the Mr. Olympia is an important step in our climb to global dominance in the sports nutrition industry," said Jayson Wyner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Nutrabolics.
