WWE is supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign in the U.K., and together we're launching a national search for WWE Community Champions.

More than 70,000 babies, children and adults in the U.K. have muscular dystrophy or a related muscle-wasting condition of which there are 60 different types.

We are searching for kids and young people younger than age of 30 who are supporting someone with muscle disease or are volunteers and/or fundraisers for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign to give them a very special reward.

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign will select 10 Community Champions from around the U.K. and each will receive:

• A pair of tickets to the WrestleMania Revenge tour in the U.K. in April, 2011.
• A WWE replica title
• A WWE T-shirt 
• A certificate of recognition

All stories of achievement will be told on WWE.com. Plus one lucky WWE Community Champion will be named the national Community Champion and win a meet and greet with a WWE Superstar!
