WrestleMania boosts local economies
With WrestleMania XXVI heading to the Phoenix/Glendale, Ariz., area this upcoming March, a study conducted by Enigma Research Corp. notes that the area could be looking at a good economic boost. After last year's 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania brought the Houston area $49.8 million, this year's host has a lot to look forward to when WWE brings their biggest event to Phoenix Stadium on March 28, 2010. Considering this impact has been consistent, with both Orlando, Fla., and Detroit seeing similar economic boosts when acting as host-city for the event, both WWE and Arizona have a lot to look forward to this coming March.
