When young WWE fan Lorenzo Lillo got dressed this morning, little did he know that his choice of clothing would eventually lead to the encounter of a lifetime.

While leaving his hotel this morning, Rob Van Dam spotted the nine-year-old dressed in RVD gear from head-to-toe. The fan-friendly ECW Superstar was so impressed, he later sought out Lillo at the Land Rover Arena, the site of tonight's ECW and SmackDown action. After much searching, Van Dam finally found the youngster and gave him an official RVD T-shirt.

"I'm always flattered when a fan shows their support," RVD told WWE.com after meeting with the young Italian fan.
