Deal of a lifetime

The excitement generated by WWE fans is arguably second to none. This is why it's no surprise that NBC's Deal or No Deal, the game show that took the country by storm after it premiered in Dec. 2005, has issued an open casting call for WWE fans to audition for its upcoming season.

Before the WWE show on Sunday, Oct. 15 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Deal or No Deal casting agents will be on hand to screen potential contestants from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PT.

Neal Konstantini, the show's casting producer, told WWE.com that the WWE fans were so compatible with the types of people Deal or No Deal searches for that it was simply a matter of common sense.

"Our show is a fun positive show, and that's the way we look at WWE. Deal or No Deal has contestants who are passionate and energetic, and when you go to a WWE live event, that's the types of people that attend. Imagine how they'll be when they're working on winning a million dollars? We think that energy will shine through in our show," he said excitedly.

For those who choose to try out, don't be put off if the line looks too long to handle; Konstantini insists that shouldn't shun anyone away.

"We'll see everyone who gets in line for the audition," he said. "We have a lot of episodes to cast and we're going to consider a ton of people, so people may want to get there early and get to us."

Don't miss the chance to show your support for WWE and the opportunity for the once in a lifetime shot at being cast to win one-million dollars.
