Candice Michelle is looking as hot and sexy as ever on the cover of the latest MuscleMag International, but according to the WWE Diva, the photoshoot was anything but easy.

"We did the whole shoot, and we were at the Pacific Ocean, on a beach outside of Malibu, Calif., and of course it starts off beautiful and warm and fun. Then the sun goes down and the strobe comes out and you're freezing your little tush off, just trying to make every picture look as sexy as you can," Candice told WWE.com.

"And I'm standing next to a rock, and these waves are getting really big behind me, but they look really great for the photoshoot," she continued. "So I'm like holding my balance on this rock and a wave comes in and I think, ‘OK, I can change positions on the rock.' Well another wave snuck in and smashed me into this other rock and I thought I broke my foot!"

Luckily, Candice's foot was not broken, but she said she was still cold, bruised and thankful that was the last shot of the day.

"I was like, ‘I can't do any more.' I'm freezing, my foot is purple and it's bleeding on the side, and it's covered in sand -- not to mention that I had sand everywhere in the little string bikini I had on, it was just like piled in there," she laughed. "I'm trying not to cry, and we come out and I can't walk, and I can't bend my toes because they look like they're frostbitten. And to top it all off, we're like at the bottom of this cliff, so it's probably like, literally 300 stairs!"

The Diva then explained that she had to be carried up the stairs to the parking lot. However, things didn't really get much better after she arrived at the waiting car to warm up and check out her injured foot.

"I'm just praying to God that my foot's not broken because obviously a broken foot and wrestling doesn't go together very well. So I'm freaking out about wrestling and my foot, and of course it was the last shot," Candice continued.

"So my makeup artist had some aspirin, so I took some aspirin to try to make the pain go away, and well, I hadn't eaten anything all day, so now I'm sick and I feel like throwing up!" the Diva chuckled. "So it ended up in a crazy way, but we ended up getting the cover and a 10-page layout, so it was all worth it in the end."
 
Candice promised WWE fans they won't be disappointed in her wardrobe choice for the MuscleMag International pictorial.

"I'm pretty much almost naked in most of the shots," Candice revealed. "I'm wearing all different types of bikinis in all the shots, but it's still really sexy. I always make sure I have on next to nothing for the WWE fans -- I think they appreciate that the most."

A few lucky WWE fans happened to spot Candice on the California beach that day. Of course, the gracious Diva spent some time with her fans.

"Since we're on a public beach, there was a group of about 10 guys that were just down there, just hanging out at the beach and they recognized who I was. It is really flattering to me," the cover girl said.

"I don't think they're putting this in the layout, but I did this shot where they sat on a log on the beach and I laid across all of their laps and they're giving thumbs up, and they're just really excited to have met me. I thought that was really exciting because they recognized who I was outside of my element of WWE. So that was a really cool part of the day… and then I almost broke my foot," she laughed.
