The National Diversity Council has named WWE Senior Vice President of Talent Relations and Development Jane Geddes as a recipient of its 2013 Most Powerful and Influential Women Awards.

The honor is presented to women who excel as leaders in the public and/private sectors and sustain records of accomplishments and contributions to their field of work throughout their career. Recipients of the awardhave clout within their organization in terms of impact, profitability and/or direction anddemonstrate leadership and commitment to community well-being and/or high visibility in the community. They also exhibit  and demonstrate commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional excellence.

Geddes joined honorees from McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, AIG, Citi, and PepsiCo to accept their awards at a breakfast during the 2013 National Diversity and Leadership Conference at California University of Pennsylvania on Sept. 19.
