Linda McMahon appointed to Connecticut Board of Education

As reported on TheDay.com Jan. 12, WWE CEO Linda McMahon has been appointed to Connecticut's 11-Member Board of Education by Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell. In regards to appointing McMahon to the Board, Rell is quoted saying that "Linda clearly understands the skills and education needed to succeed in business and the type of highly educated and skilled workforce that must be available to ensure that success."
