True Hollywood Story, discusses putting together the show, which premiers 8 p.m. ET this Friday on E! Entertainment Television. It chronicles the events and issues the family has had to deal with in the past few years. Originally, the plan was to do a follow up on an original Hogan piece that was done in 1999, but with all the recent happenings within the family since then, including Hogan's son going to jail, and the WWE Hall of Famer and his wife getting a divorce, the producer had to go in a different direction.
