TNA crew member fatality in "Slammiversary" accident

A TNA Wrestling crew member was involved ina fatal accident shortly after last night's "Slammiversary" pay per view went off the air, as reported by WMCTV.com June 9. The worker was helping dismantle the metal stage when the scaffolding collapsed and he fell to the concrete below. He was taken to the local Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southaven, Miss., where he passed away. Another worker also lost a thumb in the accident.
