Nick Hogan requests house arrest

As reported on MyFoxTampaBay.com June 2, Nick Hoganfiled a motion on Monday to change his sentence to house arrest until he turns 18. Hogan, who is now 17, is being held in solitary confinement away from the other prisoners due to being a minor. His jail sentence stems from the August 2007 car accident that left passenger John Graziano with permanent brain injuries. The full article can be read here.
