TNA's Kevin Nash issues charity free-throw challenge
May 22, 2008
As reported in an article posted on TNAWrestling.com May 21, TNA wrestler Kevin Nash recently extended a challenge to the entire city of Memphis, Tenn., for a free-throw contest at TNA's Slammiversary. While a guest on 98.1 FM's "Chris Jarman Midday Show," Nash made the challenge as an insult to the University of Memphis' poor free-throw percentage that is attributed to their loss in the NCAA Championship game. The wager of the challenge is that whoever loses the contest — Nash or his opponent — will make a large donation to the military charity "Project Package."
