In a recent interview on Slam! Wrestling's Web site posted May 15, Jim Ross talks in depth about his restaurant, J.R.'s Family Bar-B-Q, and what it is like starting a new business venture at 55. J.R.'s Family Bar-B-Q is located in Norman, Okla., and is owned by WWE's Hall of Fame announcer Ross and his associate, Hal Smith. The full interview with J.R. can be read here.
