Once there, visitors and residents enjoy strolling down Penny Lane and basking under tangerine trees and marmalade skies. The unemployment rate isn't high in Pepperland — there are plenty of jobs available. But the musical land's resident troublemaker, The Blue Meanie, knows how to cause a stir. His knack for mocking top sports-entertainment's stars angered Scott Hall, Goldust and many others. Beware of his antics if you ever find yourself in Pepperland.
