CHARACTERISTICS: When you're from The Emerald City, there's no place like home. Even Oz, a powerful WCW competitor in the early 1990s, couldn't bear to be away from his native land for long. He quickly left WCW several months after first appearing and returned home after a brief stop in Vegas. The majestic wonder of The Emerald City represented a new world order in urban design. But don't try to drive a diesel-powered automobile through its streets. The only modes of transportation allowed are horses of a different color.
