The Rock to produce “The Janson Directive” with John Cena as the star

Once before. Once again.

The Rock and John Cena are set to reunite in a different capacity than the WWE Universe might have expected — as producer and star of the upcoming thriller, “The Janson Directive.” Based on a novel from Jason Bourne creator Robert Ludlum, the film has been on The Great One’s radar for some time, and the legendary WWE Champion broke the news on Instagram that his old rival Cena had been cast as the movie’s leading man.

Cena responded with similar enthusiasm on his own Twitter.
