John Cena joined the pledge to end polio at the Rotary Convention in Atlanta today.

Donors from all over the globe raised $1.2 billion to rid the world of polio. Cena talked to the convention attendees about how commitment and determination are the keys to ending polio.

He then introduced Microsoft magnate Bill Gates, who discussed how ending polio has been his goal for a decade. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, along with Rotary International, pledged to donate $450 million over the next three years.
