OFFICIAL RULES NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA, EXCLUDING QUEBEC. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: WWE Network Eva Marie Maxim Hot 100 Magazine Giveaway for June 26, 2014 (the “Giveaway”) begins at 10:30 AM (ET) on June 26, 2014 and ends at 11:59 AM (ET) on June 26, 2014 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Earn entries in the contest drawing by completing actions on the contest page (/wweonsocial/totaldivastwittercontest). Each action completed earns the entrant one (1) entry in the drawing, unless otherwise noted. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway All entries become the sole property of WWE and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or telephone number submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (such as a business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, or who is assigned a phone number by a phone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers associated with the submitted phone number. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least thirteen (13) years old when they enter the Giveaway Entrants must have Internet access as of June 24, 2014. Employees, officers and directors of WWE (including WWE performing talent) and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, WWE), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Giveaway development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By taking part in this Giveaway participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. WWE reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Giveaway any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. DRAWING: The (6) Grand Prize Winners shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about 6/27/2014 by WWE or its designee, Rafflecopter, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Giveaway and not subject to appeal. The potential winners will be contacted by direct message on Twitter or e-mail within approximately five (5) business days after being selected. Winners will be required to claim their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim a prize, respond to the prize notification message via direct message to the designated e-mail account. Grand Prize Winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that WWE may require and to see to it that WWE is in receipt of such information and documents within five (5) days of being requested to provide the same. If a selected Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his or her state, province or territory of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign any documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign the documents. In all cases, WWE reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if WWE, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. If the entrant selected to win the Grand Prize is a resident of Canada, then he/she, in addition to all other requirements set out in these Official Rules, also must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a pre-arranged time by telephone. The prize will be forfeited (i) if a potential Grand Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within three (3) business days from initial notification attempt, (ii) if prize is returned as non-deliverable, (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, and/or (iv) if the selected entrant for the Grand Prize is a resident of Canada who fails to correctly answer the time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

GRAND PRIZE: Six (6) Grand Prize Winners will receive an "Autographed Maxim Hot 100 June 2014 Issue Signed By “Total Divas” Star Eva Marie".

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6.99 USD. Total ARV of prizes: $42.00 USD.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance are solely each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. Each Grand Prize Winner shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes including but not limited to any sales and income taxes. Grand Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by WWE, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
