This WWE Network Royal Rumble^® 2017 Ticket Offer (this “Offer”) is a limited time, while supplies last, promotional offer and is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the WWE Network Terms of Use (collectively the “Terms”). The first 2,500 eligible individuals who, using the special promotional code provided for this Offer by WWE, purchase a twelve (12)-month subscription to WWE Network for the regular price of $119.88 (plus any applicable taxes) will receive two (2) tickets to WWE Royal Rumble^® on Sunday, January 29, 2017, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. 

Eligibility.   To use this Offer, subscribe to WWE Network by providing the promotional code and required information (including a current, valid and accepted method of payment – to be used for any continuing subscription after the expiration of the 12-month period).  Please note that you must be a new or returning subscriber to WWE Network, and that current subscribers of WWE Network are not eligible.  This Offer is only open to  individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and whose legal residence is within the United States.  This Offer will only be available between December 19, 2016 and January 13, 2017 or while supplies last.   Limit one (1) Offer per person.  Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. WWE reserves the right to determine and confirm eligibility in its absolute discretion.

WWE Network.   The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the WWE Network apply to your use of WWE Network.  Upon expiration of the promotional period, your subscription to WWE Network will convert to a month-to-month recurring subscription at WWE’s regular pricing, which is subject to change.  You will not receive a notice from WWE that your promotional pricing has ended.  UNLESS YOU PROPERLY CANCEL WWE NETWORK BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO WWE NETWORK WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE FOR SUCCESSIVE ONE (1) MONTH PERIODS AND YOU AUTHORIZE WWE TO COLLECT THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT AND APPLICABLE TAXES.  EXCEPT ONLY AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THE WWE NETWORK TERMS OF USE, AMOUNTS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS OR PARTIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS.

Tickets.  With a qualifying purchase of a twelve (12)-month subscription to WWE Network as described above, you will receive two (2) tickets to WWE’s Royal Rumble^® event held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.  Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address you provide as part of your registration for WWE Network. Tickets are final and not eligible for exchanges. WWE makes no representation regarding the location of the seats in the stadium.  You must redeem the tickets at the Alamodome on the date and time of the event.  Any unused tickets will be forfeited.  This Offer is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets.  Ticket privileges are extended at the absolute discretion of WWE, and are subject to revocation at any time for failure of the holder to conduct him or herself in accordance with WWE’s standards of conduct at any time before, during or after the event.   Any and all related costs incurred in conjunction with the tickets or redemption of this Offer, including, without limitation, costs of transportation, lodging, parking, food or beverage are the sole responsibility of the holder. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.  Tickets are revocable licenses and are non-transferable.

Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity. WWE, and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Releasees”) shall not be responsible in the event Royal Rumble^® is cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled. Each holder of a ticket expressly assumes all risk of, and hereby releases, defends, indemnifies and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) with respect to the injury, death, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) any individual’s participation in this Offer; and (b) the receipt, license, use or misuse of the tickets, including, without limitation, the preparation for, participation in, travel to or from any other activity related to this Offer.  WWE expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the tickets.

Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability. EACH TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES, THAT ANY TICKETS RECEIVED PURSUANT TO THIS OFFER ARE PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR AT LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE TICKETS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TICKET’S QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY. EACH TICKET HOLDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NONE OF THE RELEASEES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THIS OFFER, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE RELEASEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE SAME.

Administration.  WWE reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this promotional offer, these Terms, and/or the WWE Network Terms of Use at any time without prior notice and with no liability. 

Miscellaneous. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision hereof.  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of any individual or WWE, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Connecticut.
