When the deafening pitch of her in-ring addresses weren't catching the attention of the WWE Universe, a simple "Excuse me!" would suffice. After all, it was one tyrannical fist enclosing well-manicured, multicolored nails that presided over WWE's most distinguished programs: That of Vickie Guerrero.

After acting as both the SmackDown General Manager and interim GM of Raw between 2008 and 2009, the WWE Board of Directors told the widow of WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero that she would have to choose one show to run. So, just one night after the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, Vickie announced that she had chosen to be the fulltime General Manager of Raw - a role she assumed until quitting a mere two months later in distress and disgust with the WWE Universe.

Just as she acquired the role of General Manager on WWE's two top programs, Vickie proved to have no problem taking what she wanted. Enduring scandal after scandal, Vickie was known for romantically fraternizing with the pool of talent on the roster she governed. This has included the likes of The Rated-R Superstar - her estranged husband - Edge, who routinely capitalized on his wife's position to empower himself and secure a slew of World Title reigns.

Usually sided by her loyal nephew, Chavo Guerrero, Vickie shook things up and shaped her brands to her own personal liking, no matter what any Superstar or Diva had to say about it. She even utilized her authority to essentially steal the esteemed title of Miss WrestleMania from Santina Marella.
