My Account Information

Why do I need an account?
When you register for an account, you have the abiliy to:

Change Account Information, including your password
Manage Credit Cards
Manage Subscriptions
View Purchase History
Change Preference
Set Parental Controls
Manage your PIN Code

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password please click on the “Forgot Password?” link.  You will be asked to enter your email address in order to retrieve it.  Please be sure to enter the email address associated with your account.  Once you enter your email address and click the “next step” button you will be sent an email asking you to click a link to reset your password.  When you click on this link you will be taken to a page wherein you can enter and verify your new password.  Once you do so you’ll have access to your account.  If for some reason you do not receive your password email please check your SPAM filter or box.  You may contact Live Support if you have any troubles with this process.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking on “My Account” and then clicking on “Change account information” and filling out the applicable information.

How do I use the PIN code?  What is it for?

To ensure that changes to your account and purchases from your account are not made without your authorization we encourage you to use our PIN Code Verification Settings.  To access them, simply click on “My Account” and then click on “Change Preferences”.  From here you will be able to enter a security PIN (or modify it).  Once you do, you will be prompted for this PIN number each time you make changes to your account or purchase content.

You can change your PIN by going into “My Account” and then clicking on “Change Preferences” and checking the box marked “Edit your pin?”

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by clicking on “My Account” and then clicking on “Change account information” and filling out the applicable information.

How can I keep track of purchases and videos viewed?

Access to the site is through a combination of a username and a password (My Account). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their account to any other person and are required to keep their account strictly confidential. WWE will not release passwords for any reason to anyone other than the subscriber except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of the subscription and a violation of law.

If any breach of security, theft or loss of account, or unauthorized disclosure of My Account information occurs, subscriber must immediately notify WWE of said security breach. What are the system requirements?
Operating Systems supported: Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista® or 7 with Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz, AMD Athlon® 600MHz or faster processor (or equivalent).
