David Hart Smith def. Matt Hardy; The Great Khali cleared the ring of competitors (PHOTOS | WATCH)
On the previous episode of SmackDown, Matt Hardy teamed with The Great Khali to take on The Hart Dynasty and scored a win after pinning the powerhouse Superstar David Hart Smith. On "WWE Superstars" the second-generation competitor seized his chance at retribution by defeating Hardy one-on-one as The Great Khali, Tyson Kidd and Natalya all looked on from ringside. Following the match, The Punjabi Playboy entered the ring and proceeded to clear it of all competitors, including his associate Matt Hardy, proving that in the Royal Rumble Match it truly is every Superstar for himself.

R-Truth shuts up Chris Jericho (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Chris Jericho appeared on "WWE Superstars" this week, and proceeded to talk himself up in his typical fashion. As the condescending Superstar claimed that he would be the one to win the Royal Rumble Match he was interrupted by his SmackDown rival, R-Truth. The rapping Superstar disputed Jericho's claims at greatness, instead insisting that he would not only win the match but also be the one to eliminate the long-winded braggart. R-Truth then backed up his claim by chasing Jericho from ringside.

Chris Masters def. Primo and Chavo Guerrero to earn a spot in the Royal Rumble Match (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Three of Raw's premier ring warriors competed on "WWE Superstars" with a coveted spot in the Royal Rumble Match hanging in the balance. Though Primo and Chavo Guerrero both utilized every high-flying trick in the book, ultimately it was the amazing power of Chris Masters that carried the day as he won the match, a spot in Sunday's 30-Man Royal Rumble Match and the continuing affections of his ladyfriend, Eve.

The Bella Twins def. Jillian & Katie Lea (PHOTOS | WATCH)
"WWE Superstars" opened with a tag team Diva match, that had the WWE Universe seeing double. The lovely twins, Brie & Nikki Bella took on their Raw rivals, Jillian & Katie Lea. Despite the aggressive in-ring tactics of their opponents, The Bella Twins picked up a win by pinning The Scarlet Witch, Katie Lea.
