The monstrous pair of Indus Sher is now even more powerful with the Modern Day Maharaja at their side and their matchup with The Creed Brothers proved it. 

Julius couldn’t get anything going as the immensely powerful Indus Sher threw him around the ring with ease. But the Creeds wouldn’t go away quietly as Brutus mounted a comeback on behalf of his team, but a distraction by Jinder Mahal caused Julius to become distracted and accidentally knock Ivy Nile off the apron. 

Indus Sher took advantage of the mayhem as a chokeslam from Sanga put away Julius Creed and gave the gigantic tag team the major victory. 
 

Zoey Stark def. Indi Hartwell

After both women competed in the 2023 Royal Rumble Match, Indi Hartwell and Zoey Stark faced off with the ruthless Stark sending a message to the entire NXT Women’s division. 

Hartwell took the fight right to Stark, but the hard-hitting nature of Stark became the equalizer as Indi just couldn’t quite keep up. Hartwell went for her signature springboard knee strike, but Stark countered it and managed to hit a devastating knee lift to earn the victory. 
 

Dijak def. Von Wagner

Dijak vs. Von Wagner: WWE NXT, Jan. 31, 2023

A tense confrontation in the ring leads to a match between two of the largest Superstars in NXT: Dijak and Von Wagner. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Von Wagner and Mr. Stone took exception to Dijak calling himself the biggest and baddest Superstar in all of NXT, but hard justice came to him as it has for so many others. 

Ahead of NXT North American Championship Match against Wes Lee at NXT Vengeance Day, Dijak sent a message to the champion by systematically brutalizing Wagner, despite Von’s own attempts at powerful offense. 

A very game Wagner even managed to kick out of Dijak’s devastating sit-out chokeslam, but Dijak kept the pressure on and hit Feast Your Eyes to put Wagner away for good.
 

Tyler Bate def. Axiom

Tyler Bate and Axiom throw down in high-level clash: WWE NXT, Jan. 31, 2023

Former foes face off as the high-flying Axiom takes on NXT’s Big Strong Boi. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Tyler Bate and Axiom showed why they are two of the most must-see Superstars in all of NXT after their incredible matchup on NXT. 

Both men used their in-ring acumen to try and gain an advantage, only to be met by equal resistance both on the ground and in the air. Axiom’s crushing kicks and high-flying offense was matched by the unorthodox moves of the Big Strong Boi.

Axiom did everything he could to counter the Tyler Driver 97, but Bate’s supreme scouting allowed him to counter the counters and eventually nail the move, giving him the big win. 
 

Stevie Turner def. Dani Palmer

Stevie Turner makes her highly anticipated debut against the upstart Dani Palmer. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

In her much anticipated NXT debut, Stevie Turner showed that she belongs right at the top of the NXT Women’s Division. 

Dani Palmer couldn’t get any offense going as Turner’s in-ring skills were on point, highlighted by her crisp kicks and her picture perfect holds. A pump kick and a DDT was the beginning of the end for Palmer as Turner followed those dynamic movies up with a match-ending sit out uranage. 


Drew Gulak def. Charlie Dempsey

Drew Gulak vs. Charlie Dempsey: WWE NXT, Jan. 31, 2023

Drew Gulak goes one-on-one with one of NXT’s fastest-rising stars and a tactical technician in his own right, Charlie Dempsey. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Two of NXT’s best mat technicians squared off as Drew Gulak battled Charlie Dempsey, but it was the veteran Gulak that proved that the young Dempsey still has a lot to learn. 

Dempsey put up an impressive fight while showing off his second generation skills, including a suplex immediately followed by a submission attempt, but his fluid transitions were no match for Gulak who seemingly had a counter for everything. 

As he was locked up in a submission, Gulak wisely launched Dempsey into Hank Walker who was at ringside, and used that distraction to roll up Dempsey and pick up the win. 

Chase U wins The New Day Invitational

A high-stakes Tag Team Triple Threat Match saw Malik Blade & Edris Enofé, Duke Hudson & Andre Chase, and The Dyad battling it out with the winners heading to NXT Vengeance Day as the final team in the Fatal 4 Way Match for the NXT Tag Team Championships. 

The action was fast and furious with each team trying to find a way to win, but it was Chase U that found itself in the most trouble early on with Chase taking a lot of damage and being unable to make a tag.

Hudson finally tagged in and cleaned house, but Blade tagged in and he and Enofé made their presence felt in the match. After the dust settled, Ava Raine tried to interfere in the match but Thea Hail neutralized her, allowing Hudson and Chase to hit the Fratliner which gave them the win and sent them to NXT Vengeance Day.
