– The first edition of WWE Main Event for 2015 saw Paige score a pinfall over Divas Champion Nikki Bella and Rusev declare his intention to compete in the Royal Rumble Match.

Paige takes on current Divas Champion Nikki Bella in the opening match of WWE Main Event.

Live on WWE Network, Paige gave Divas Champion Nikki Bella a run for her money by escaping multiple near pinfalls. The English-born Diva never gave up and hung around long enough to blast Nikki with Ram-Paige to get the pinfall. It’s been a rough two nights for the Divas Champion, who also lost to Natalya on Raw.

U.S.Champion Rusev declared himself in the Royal Rumble Match

A gloating U.S. Champion Rusev claimed The Authority did Ryback a favor by firing him so he wouldn’t be humiliated by the big Russian in a match at Royal Rumble. The Super Athlete then officially declared he will compete in the Royal Rumble Match.

Fandango def. R-Truth

R-Truth takes on Fandango on WWE Main Event.

Graceful and vicious at the same time, Fandango made quick work of R-Truth, putting him away with a flying leg drop from the top rope. After the victory, the dancing Superstar celebrated with the lovely Rosa Mendes at his side.
