WWE WRESTLEMANIA 31 "HIDE AND TWEET" / "HIDE AND LIKE" GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED.

OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO RESIDE WITHIN SEVENTY-FIVE (75) MILES OF THE ENTRY LOCATION (DEFINED BELOW).  ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the WWE WrestleMania Hide and Tweet / Hide and Like Giveaway (the “Contest”), become a “follower” of WWE (@WWE) on Twitter and/or Facebook (Facebook.com/WWE).  

The Contest clues to the location of the Prize will be transmitted on WWE’s Twitter account or WWE's Facebook Page on March 26, 2015 between 2-4 PM PT and March 27, 2015 between 2-4 PM PT.

During the Contest Period, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE”) will send one or more Twitter and/or Facebook posts with clues notifying you when and where to find the WWE Superstars and/or WWE.com representatives holding the Prizes.  This location will be deemed the “Entry Location.”  The Entry Location will be within the San Jose, Calif. metro area.  Selected winners will be required to provide proof of identification, including residency. All entrants must bring to the Entry Location a current form of identification that includes the entrant’s current address.

ELIGIBILITY:  Contest open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who reside within seventy-five (75) miles of the Entry Location, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers or directors (including WWE performing talent) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or “Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the foregoing entities), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Contest’ development or execution, the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees, officers and directors and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible.  By taking part in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules.  Contest subject to all federal, state and local laws.VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: The first three people to reach the Entry Location will be deemed the winners. Sponsor’s (or its designee’s) decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Contest and not subject to appeal.  The Winners may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require.  In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of residency and age and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory.

If a potential winner does not timely return requisite documents, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and the next person to arrive at the Entry Location will be deemed the winner and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE (3): Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive 2 tickets to WWE WrestleMania 31 at Levi's Stadium March 29. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $300 USD. Total ARV of prizes: $900 USD.

FIRST PRIZE: Three (3) First Prize Winners will receive 2 tickets to WWE WrestleMania Axxess, Sunday, March 29 at San Jose Convention Center. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of First Prize: $100 USD. Total ARV of prizes: $300 USD.

SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive 2 tickets to the WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Saturday March 28 at SAP Center. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Second Prize: $150 USD. Total ARV of prizes: $150 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes:$1,350 USD.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance and all other personal and incidental costs are solely winner’s responsibility. A winner who is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence must be accompanied to the Event by a parent or legal guardian, who must attend the Event at his or her own expense, unless such parent or legal guardian is the winner’s chosen guests.If the winner is at least twenty-one (21) years old, the winner may attend the Event with a guest who is under the age of majority if: (a) the parent or legal guardian of the guest has executed an Authorization Form, giving consent, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, on the guest’s behalf; and (b) WWE, in its sole discretion, has granted its approval. In all cases, the winner’s guest, or the parent/legal guardian of any guest who is a minor in his or her state of residence, will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law).

Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by WWE, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.  Winners shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, sales and income taxes, if any.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.  All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  By entering, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated the development or execution of this Contest, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Contest.  The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.  Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.  Sponsor reserves the rights to modify this Contest in any way it deems necessary or appropriate and to cancel this Contest for any reason.  In addition to these Official Rules, you agree to be bound by the Twitter Terms of Use and the terms of Twitter’s privacy policy.  Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media at the discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

INTERNET:  If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.  Should this Contest be terminated Sponsor reserves the right to select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination.  Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, misdirected, or postage due entries or mail, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIST OF WINNERS:  For the names of the Contest winners, available after April 1, 2015, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to: WWE WrestleMania Hide and Tweet Contest Winners List, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, CT  06902.  Requests must be received by August 1, 2015.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Participants agree that this Contest is governed solely by the laws of the United States.  Any claims arising out of or relating to this Contest or any Prize may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
