Humberto Carrillo vs. Lince Dorado: WWE 205 Live, Sept. 3, 2019

Humberto Carrillo and Lince Dorado square off to settle their differences, and if Dorado wins, he will be added to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match at WWE Clash of Champions.

Last week on WWE 205 Live, Lince Dorado and Humberto Carrillo collided in a fast-paced contest that was not only rooted in their personal rivalry, but also had a major stipulation. If Dorado was victorious, he would earn a spot in the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match at WWE Clash of Champions, pitting him against Carrillo and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak.

Following a hard-fought battle, The Golden Lynx pinned Carrillo, thus earning his first championship opportunity. However, the celebration was short-lived as Gulak and Tony Nese pounced, attacking both Dorado and Carrillo.

For his part, Nese has been looking to rebuild momentum since losing the WWE Cruiserweight Championship and in recent weeks has found himself realigning with Gulak, whose own transformation to a more serious approach to competition has paid dividends.

Can Dorado and Carrillo work together in tag-team action against Gulak and Nese, or has the reformed friendship of the champion and The Premier Athlete proven to be too strong a force to be reckoned with?
