Howard Finkel recalls his favorite WrestleMania Moment
“My favorite moment happened on March 29, 1987 at the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan. 93,173 people came to WrestleMania III, and just walking into that arena and seeing the sea of humanity was phenomenal. I’ve been a part of every WrestleMania, and it was truly an honor to be part of it that night. It’s my favorite moment because it spoke volumes of how big WWE really was, that nearly 100,000 people came to have a good time and watch the show. The ambience in the Silverdome that day was unbelievable. WrestleMania is a one of a kind event, and that was just incredible.”
