Can I purchase a package without hotel accommodations?
All WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages include hotel accommodations. If you require an accessible room, please indicate the request with your order in the Special Requests section.  At this time, we do not provide an option without hotel accommodations. 

Can I use PayPal to purchase the packages?
At this time, the only acceptable forms of payment for WrestleMania Travel Packages are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PayPal will not be an accepted form of payment.

Can I purchase a package over the telephone?
No, Travel Packages can only be purchased on WWE.com. Travel Packages will be available on WWE.com starting on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 12 noon ET.

When will I receive an email confirmation?
If you order a Texas Star Package, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from the WWE Travel Package department within 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed. If you order a VIP, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze package, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from the WWE Travel Package department within 5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. The confirmation email will include further details about your order, including the date you will receive your tickets.    

Can I extend my hotel stay?
You are welcome to extend your hotel stay or reserve additional rooms by contacting the hotel directly. Requests should be made by the main traveler directly with the hotel. Each hotel will confirm the separate reservations based on availability and charge the regular hotel rate directly to the main traveler. 

What if I have more than 4 people in my group that want to buy a package?
You must purchase more than one package as each package can only accommodate up to 4 people sharing 1 room. For example: If you have 5 people, you can purchase 1 package for 3 people and 1 package for 2 people.

Can I pay in installments?
No. Packages must be paid in full.

Can I pay with more than one credit card?
At this time, packages must be paid in full using only one credit card.

Can I be seated next to another package buyer?
Yes. You can email a seating request as soon as you receive your confirmation letter.

If I purchase 1 package up to 4 people, will we be seated together?
Yes. Everyone within your package/group will be seated together at each ticketed event.

Can I see a seating map for WrestleMania?
A seating map is not available; however, Ticketmaster will post the seating map once individual tickets are on sale to the public.

When will I receive my tickets?
WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages, including event tickets, will be shipped to the main traveler in March 2016, approximately 4 weeks prior to WrestleMania 32. Packages will not be delivered earlier than 4 weeks prior to the event.

When will WrestleMania 32 tickets go on sale?
Individual tickets for WrestleMania 32 will go on sale Friday, November 6, at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT. Visit WrestleMania.com for more information.  

Are the packages refundable?
No. Payment in full is due upon receipt. All monies processed are non-refundable once payments have been approved. 

What is not included in packages?
WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages do not include airline tickets.  WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages do not include ground transportation, unless specifically stated in the package descriptions.  WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages do not include any food or drinks (or allowances for food or drinks), unless specifically stated in the package descriptions.  Monday Night Raw tickets are only included in Travel Packages with 4 Night Hotel Accommodations.

Is accessible seating available?
Yes, accessible seating is available in the accessible seating areas designated by the venue. If you require accessible seating in such locations, please indicate the request with your order in the Special Requests section. Once requested, all contents of the package will be accessible including the hotel room

Are changes allowed to packages?
A $150 processing fee will be applied to all change requests received between February 1, 2016 and March 25, 2016. Change requests include changes to main traveler’s name, hotel reservation name, shipping address, telephone and email address.  Change requests will not be accepted after March 25, 2016. 

What happens if I have to cancel after I already purchased the package?
As all Travel Packages are non-refundable, travel insurance is recommended in case of cancellation due to reasons, including, without limitation, family emergency, personal illness, etc. Travel Packages are transferrable provided the transferee agrees in writing to abide by the terms and conditions of the package.   

I ordered the Texas Star Package, how will I be notified what Section and Row my WrestleMania 32 ticket is in?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the WWE Travel Package department within 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed, notifying you what Section and Row your WrestleMania 32 ticket is in.

How are event ticket seats assigned?
WrestleMania 32 Travel Package orders will be confirmed and processed, within each Travel Package Tier, on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat locations (including row and section) will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by Travel Package Tier ordered and order in which your Travel Package purchase is confirmed. The specific location of the seat assignments will not be available prior to the shipment of the WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages.  

What are the check in and check out dates for the hotel accommodations?
3 night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, April 1, 2016 and check out Monday, April 4, 2016. 4 night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Friday, April 1, 2016 and check out Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Can I confirm an additional hotel room?
No. If a second room is required, the main traveler will need to contact the hotel directly to confirm a separate reservation for the second room. Also if guests are interested in extending their hotel stay, reservations for additional nights must also be confirmed as separate reservations directly with the hotel.

Can I get more information on the hotel included in the packages?
No. The precise location of the hotel will be provided to the main traveler at a later date.

Are there any additional costs?
The per person prices advertised within the WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages include all taxes plus shipping & handling charges with the exception of any additional shipping fees associated with FedEx, such as customs or duty fees, usually applied to international shipments. 

How do we get our collectible chair home?
Purchasers of the Texas Star Package, VIP Package and Platinum Package will receive a collectible WrestleMania 32 folding chair included in your package purchase. You will be responsible for transporting your chair back to your home, including any expenses that may arise from such transport. The WrestleMania 32 chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair, with approximate dimensions of 18.25”W x 19.75”D x 30.25”H, and weighing approximately 12 lbs. 

What happens if the packages are changed?
WWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Main travelers will be notified of such changes. The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to guests within their group. If any portion of the WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages is modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued. If WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages are cancelled, a full refund will be issued.  

Are packages available internationally?
WrestleMania 32 Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers.
