ORLANDO, Fla. -- After weeks of anticipation, the big day has arrived. WrestleMania XXIV is mere hours away, and as such, today is the final stop on the 2008 WrestleMania Fan Axxess Tour.

For 10 weeks, Fan Axxess has been crisscrossing the United States, winding up right across the street from the Florida Citrus Bowl at Thunder Field. More than 70,000 fans will pack into the Citrus Bowl in mere hours, and many of them took their last opportunity to check out what Fan Axxess has to offer.

On a day where the mercury is reaching close to 80 degrees in central Florida, the Fan Axxess Tour pushed the thermometer to its breaking point. In addition to all the usual Fan Axxess goodies, the Orlando Predators' cheerleaders added a little spice to the proceedings. Also, Rev Theory, lifelong WWE fans whose track "Light It Up" is one of the official theme songs of WrestleMania XXIV, lit up the stage, giving our fans a brief concert.

"Man, this was just crazy out here," lead singer Rich Luzzi exclaimed after the set. "WWE fans are awesome, it's an amazing atmosphere out here, and we're just glad to be here."

Thousands of our fans crowded around the stage as Rev Theory rocked for a short set, including their WrestleMania anthem. The crowd was fired-up, but as the singer noted, it was nothing compared to what's to come.

"Man, ‘Light It Up' is a perfect theme song for WrestleMania because that's what the WWE Superstars go out and do every night," Luzzi said. "If the crowd is fired-up right now, we did our job; we want to get them fired-up for tonight's big show, and it's only going to get better when WrestleMania XXIV rocks the Citrus Bowl."

There was no better way for WWE to conclude the Fan Axxess Tour. Josh Mathews and Candice Michelle were live on the scene for one of WWE.com's many WrestleMania video updates (WATCH), tour host Hillbilly Jim was on hand to sign autographs and the anticipation of WrestleMania XXIV made for an electric atmosphere.

"I can't believe this is it," Hillbilly quipped. "Another successful Fan Axxess Tour is in the books. I can't wait for No. 6 next year!"

A dozen stops, 10 cities and nearly a quarter-million WWE fans filing through the turnstiles has brought us to this. The fifth-annual WrestleMania Fan Axxess Tour is in the books, and that can only mean one thing: It's time for The Granddaddy of them All.
