It is only fitting that two of the biggest Superstars in WWE would meet at the biggest night in sports-entertainment. The rivalry between Kane and The Great Khali has raged for weeks, and at Detroit's Ford Field The Punjabi Warrior finally got the competition he was looking for.

When two Superstars who are over seven-feet tall are in the ring there are bound to be fireworks, and this match definitely didn't disappoint. The capacity crowd was on their feet as Kane became the first WWE Superstar to slam the enormous Khali, closely mirroring the tremendous strength of Hulk Hogan who slammed Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III 20 years ago in the Motor City.

After Kane brought out his hook and chain, Khali used it to turn the tides on The Big Red Machine in the form of a vicious low blow unseen by the referee. A two-handed Choke Drop from The Great Khali enabled the behemoth to pin Kane with his foot and pick up the three-count, and his first WrestleMania victory. Moments after the match ended, Khali decimated Kane with his own hook and chain, nearly choking every breath from The Big Red Monster's body.
