Big Apple, Big Axxess
Here we are in New York City, the home of the first WrestleMania. As I look at a famous landmark in New York, the Brooklyn Bridge, I think back to all the great memories which we’ve had in the “Big Apple.” There’s no better way to celebrate the continued success of WWE than going back to where it all started, New York City. That’s what we are doing today at the WrestleMania Fan Axxess Tour.
23 Years of WrestleMania, can you believe it? We’re bigger and better than ever in our fourth year of the WrestleMania Fan Axxess Tour. We are a little over a week away from heading out to Detroit for the biggest event of the year, WrestleMania 23, on April 1.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who came out the South Street Seaport and took a little time out of their Wednesday to hang out. We were honored to have a true legend among us, Mick Foley. One of our past conversations even made it into a chapter in his new book, The Hardcore Diaries. Don’t forget to go and check out that great book!
Well folks I would have loved to stay in the “City that Never Sleeps” longer, but we did what we came to do, shook a few hands, took a few pictures and shaved a few heads! Now it’s time to get on to Chicago as we’re almost at WrestleMania 23 in Detroit! See you there!
