Tyler Breeze def. Roderick Strong

Tyler Breeze vs. Roderick Strong: WWE Worlds Collide, April 14, 2019

The new-look Tyler Breeze received a hero’s welcome from the WWE Universe as he locked up with Undisputed ERA’s Roderick Strong. Prince Pretty’s contingent of supporters didn’t matter to The Messiah of the Backbreaker, of course, nor did it deter Strong’s attempt to crumple Breeze’s spine.

Indeed, Strong made every effort to wreck Breeze’s vertebrae, whether it was converting a belly-to-back suplex into a creative version of a backbreaker or catching Breeze’s spin kick and turning that, too, into a backbreaker variation.

Breeze stayed resilient. More than that, he had Strong well-scouted. When The Undisputed ERA member tried to apply the Stronghold, Breeze kicked him off. A front facelock by Strong appeared destined to lead to the End of Heartache, but Prince Pretty kneed his way out of the predicament. In a final evasive tactic, the hard-to-hit Breeze dodged Strong’s leaping knee strike and fired back with an Unprettier out of nowhere to take the winning fall.
