Cena’s bittersweet triumph
September 18, 2006
Standing atop a 16 foot ladder, John Cena reached up and grabbed the WWE Championship after giving Edge an F-U off the top of the precarious contraption, sending him crashing through two tables below. His music blared and his fans went wild, but with the championship in hand, Cena clenched his jaw and dropped his head. It seemed he was impervious to the excitement and celebration all around him.

In just hours, D-Generation X will clash with the McMahons and ECW World Champion Big Show at Unforgiven in a manifestation of Hell never seen before in WWE. Tonight marks the debut of a bigger, badder Hell in a Cell structure, the likes of which no WWE Superstar – including Hell in a Cell veterans, Triple H and Shawn Michaels – has ever encountered.

Toronto has long been one of WWE’s most popular stops; two WrestleManias and a SummerSlam have been held in Ontario’s provincial capital, and over 67,000 people packed into SkyDome for 2002’s WrestleMania X8 to set the building’s attendance record.

Talkin' TLC
September 15, 2006
TLC. The name contains just three simple letters, but the match itself is one of the most brutal you can see. Just ask anyone who’s ever been in one, and they’ll tell you that you put your body (and potentially your career) on the line when you agree to take part in TLC.
At Hell's gate
September 14, 2006
This Sunday at Unforgiven, D-Generation X will encounter the McMahons and ECW World Champion Big Show in one of the most feared structures in all of sports-entertainment: Hell in a Cell.
Beware, Amigo.
September 5, 2006
It’s a good thing that actions speak louder than words, because you get the feeling that there won’t be a whole lot of conversation when Kane and Umaga meet at Unforgiven to settle the budding score between the two behemoths. Luckily for Umaga, he’s got one of the biggest mouths in WWE to do his talking, and WWE.com caught up with his manager, Armando Alejandro Estrada, who made it clear that there’s only room for one monster in the RAW locker room.
